Processing (2 - 3 days (most will process same day)):
Holiday Processing time can be 7 to 10 days
Upon receipt of your order you will receive two emails. The first email is a standard order receipt that is automatically generated by Live Dream Shop when you place the order. The second email will be an order update notifying you that the order has been processed and giving you an additional information that may be needed. Live Dream Shop requires 2 to 3 business days to process most orders. In some cases this processing time can be shorter, and in other cases the processing time can be a little longer. If the processing time is going to be longer than 3 business days we will notify you and let you know why there is a delay.
Cancellations:
If an order needs to be canceled please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be canceled as long as it has not shipped out of the warehouse. Once an order leaves the warehouse the customer is responsible for shipment costs back to the warehouse for the product if it needs to be returned. A full refund minus the cost of shipping back to the warehouse will be given once the return is processed at the warehouse.
Returns:
We do our best to work with our customers to make sure they get exactly what they are looking for. If for some reason a product needs to be returned please contact us as soon as possible and let us know why the product needs to be returned. When you send the product back for return we require a tracking number to be sent to us so we can make sure the warehouse receives it in order to process your refund more quickly and accurately.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date that you receive your order. Please be sure to contact us within that time frame so that we can help serve you better during any return or exchange process. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive your return or exchange at our shipment warehouse we will begin the refund or exchange process on our end.
Any orders for custom designed merchandise can not be returned or exchanged. Custom designed merchandise can only be canceled before the merchandise has started to be created.
Returns must be sent in their original packaging and unopened to receive a full refund. Any opened packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Any packages damaged by our shippers must be notified to us within 1 day of receipt. After 1 day we can not do anything about a damaged delivery. If a package is damaged when you are asked to sign for it you can refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you receive a package that was dropped off damaged please contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping agent and arrange a pickup and we will send you out a new package.
